About Social Tech Trust

Rapid advances in technology are providing new tools to tackle deep-rooted social and environmental challenges. Yet many of the companies addressing these challenges are overlooked by investors. We are creating a new investment fund to invest in early-stage tech ventures that don’t fit the traditional VC mould. Our fund is based on a flexible VC model that combines elements of revenue-based investment and equity to enable impact-driven tech ventures to build their sustainability and scale. We’ve already invested more than £30m in 300 impact-driven ventures over the last decade and our new fund builds on this learning to respond to ventures’ financing needs.

About this role

Social tech Trust has an established track record as an early-stage investor and we’re now recruiting an Investment Associate to join our team as we raise and deploy our first fund. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fund that delivers social impact by addressing a significant market gap using an alternative form of investment.

Our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion: Having worked with many organisations that champion equality, diversity and inclusion from a range of backgrounds and perspectives, we’re committed to the same principles in our own employment practices. We actively welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, gender, disability, religion/belief, socioeconomic background, sexual orientation or age.
