We’re looking for an exceptional candidate to be the operational backbone of Social Tech Trust and enable our ambitious strategy and investment plans.
Location: Home working. Meetings and events in London and around the UK as required.
Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 plus benefits, including a generous pension, life insurance cover, employee well-being programme and family friendly policies.
Our commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion: Having worked with many organisations that champion equality, diversity and inclusion from a range of backgrounds and perspectives, we’re committed to the same principles in our own employment practices. We actively welcome applications from all suitably qualified persons regardless of their race, gender, disability, religion/belief, socio economic background, sexual orientation or age.
Our approach to recruitment: We know that well qualified people often screen themselves out as they can’t tick all the boxes of the job description, or their imposter syndrome kicks in. No-one can do everything perfectly, so we are looking to build a leadership team with complementary skills and the right attitude and values. So, if you are wavering, we encourage you to apply.
Reporting line: This role reports directly to the CEO.
