Location: Home working. Meetings and events in London and around the UK as required.
Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 plus benefits, including a generous pension, life insurance cover, employee well-being programme and family friendly policies.

> 12 years’ experience – investing £31m, supporting more than 300 social tech ventures and benefiting 30m+ people
> An impressive board of trustees with an ambitious new strategy to take the Trust to the next level and a risk appetite to match the ambition
> A diverse and talented team with extensive experience of developing and delivering impactful programmes
> A proven track record and strong alumni of social tech ventures and partners
You have:
> Extensive experience designing and implementing operational systems and processes
> Commercial acumen and experience of financial planning and modelling
> The ability to oversee the effective governance and compliance of the charity and its joint ventures, acting as the principal advisor to the CEO and board on these issues
> Experience of leading HR, from managing and developing talent to creating and implementing policies and processes
> An interest in working on innovative initiatives, including the development of the financial and operational systems to support our new investment fund
> The motivation to see a world where social transformation is the driving force behind tech
You might also have:
> Experience in implementing CRM systems
> Experience of managing risk and overseeing business continuity plans
> An understanding of what it takes to design and deliver tech programmes
